What is a Gong Bath?
A gong bath, also known as sound therapy or sound bath, uses music, sound, and instruments to improve health and promote wellbeing.
Gong baths aren’t just soothing — they’re scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, ease physical pain, and boost the immune system.
A gong bath can:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve sleep quality
Enhance meditation practices
Promote emotional wellbeing
Increase creativity and focus
Just 15 minutes of deep sound relaxation can shift your brainwaves and replenish key minerals like potassium and sodium, helping your body find its natural rhythm again.

Created by a Sound Specialist Who Truly Understands
Hi, I’m Clare Savory, founder of Feeling Sound. I have over 20 years of experience in the audio world, with a background in music, radio, and sound therapy.
I hold a professional diploma in Group Sound Therapy and am a member of the International Therapeutic Sound Association. But much more than that — I’ve lived this.
After experiencing several miscarriages, I discovered the healing power of sound therapy at my most vulnerable. It helped me regulate my nervous system, process grief, and find peace again — and now I’m helping others do the same.

Why Choose Feeling Sound?
Feeling Sound isn’t just gongs and good vibes.
My sound therapy practice is grounded in over twenty years of experience in audio, radio, music, and solid scientific research.
In every session, you’ll feel safe, seen, and supported, with no movement, pressure, or judgment — just deep rest, a soothing, nature-inspired space, and sound designed to restore.
What to Expect at a Gong Bath
You don’t need to be fit or flexible to take part in a sound bath, and there’s no physical contact. Just lie back (fully clothed) and let the calming tones of gongs, bowls, and ambient frequencies do their work.
My sessions are:
Completely judgment-free
A safe space for you to relax
Gentle, quiet, and trauma-informed
Held in calming environments rooted in nature
Accessible (age 14+)
