About my Full Gong Bath Recording with Therapeutic Percussion

The session opens with two minutes of Himalayan singing bowls and birdsong - time to settle, find your position, and let your nervous system start to soften.

Headphones are recommended, but keep the volume comfortable - the gong arrives later and brings everything with it.

From there, the sonic waves build. Layers of tone and harmonic overtone you didn't know existed wash over you as the gong opens up and does what it does best - giving your mind somewhere vast and quiet to go.

As I always do in my in-person experiences, I bring you back gently. Therapeutic percussion - a slow, soft return - and three tingsha bells to mark the close.

Then the soundscape of Old Glossop fades back in, and you're here again.

Stay with it for a moment before you carry on.

A full gong bath with therapeutic percussion

A 25-minute gong bath recorded live at Old Glossop Scout Hut, with birdsong, a quietly rushing river and wind through the trees woven through - a real space, a real moment, and you'll feel the difference.

Ideal for:

-A deep, immersive reset

-Nervous system regulation

-Evening relaxation

-Experiencing sound therapy at home

-Everyday wellbeing

Meet Clare, Feeling Sound’s Founder

Sound has been a big part of me since I was little — it’s been a source of pleasure, grounding strength, and profound healing throughout my life.

Over time, my deepening curiosity became a calling, and I’ve gathered 20 years of experience and multiple qualifications in the world of sound.

Sound therapy has changed my life, and my own personal experiences have shaped the way I hold space for those who attend my sessions. There’s a place here waiting for you, wherever you are on your journey.
